Hi, I'm Elliot. I'm a Software Engineer at Butterfly Network.

This site was created to house my portfolio (sample item) when I was trying to get my first engineering job some years back. At present I don't have much use for it, so I scrapped the shiny old site and am putting up this barebones HTML as a placeholder.

My educational background is in the humanities. I focused on German philosophy at Yale and did an MA focused on 13th century scholastic theology after that. Prior to life as a software engineer I bounced around between a couple of careers.

I like cooking, movies, and fountain pens. I live with my boyfriend in Manhattan. We are currently between cats.
